Scarlet Thread Ministries is a youth focused ministry that exists to connect with youth by helping to meet the spiritual, social and physical needs of middle and high school youth throughout Wayne County, NY.

These lasting connections are made in after school Youth Centers and through purposeful events and service projects.  Our desire is to help teens make a  lifelong connection with Christ and with the local Church.  From tutoring, to Bible studies, recreation and regional events, we are committed to demonstrating  Christs love as we meet youth where they are. 

Mission To share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with every young person in Wayne County, and provide them opportunities for spiritual growth through partnerships with local churches.

Vision:  Lasting partnerships that lead to active and consistent youth outreach and effective youth discipleship that transforms young people into followers of Jesus Christ in every school district in Wayne County .

We believe in the plenary, verbal inspiration of the Bible;  that it is both inerrant and infallible in it’s original autographs,  that it is is authoritative on all that it touches, and that it provides the standard against which faith and practice are measured.  (II Tim 3:16-17)

We believe that the God of the Bible is Sovereign, Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent.  We believe that He is one God, manifested in three persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, that He is the Creator of all that is, and that He has created man in His image.  (Gen. 1:1-31; John 14:7-21)                                                             

We believe in the inherent  sinfulness of man,  his separation from God because of his sin, and his need for redemption. (Rom. 3:23 ; Rom 6:23)

We believe that Jesus is fully God and fully man; that he lived a sinless life, died as a perfect  sacrifice for the sin of mankind, rose bodily from the grave the third day, ascended into heaven, and is presently seated at the right hand of God interceding for the saints. (I Jn. 1:1-4 ; John 1:1-14; Heb. 4:15 ; Heb. 7:25)  

We believe that by His atoning death and victorious resurrection, Jesus provided the only way of salvation for mankind, and that it is accessible to mankind only as a free gift, through faith in Him, and apart from any works. (Jn. 14:6 ; Eph. 2:8-9)

We believe in a literal  2nd Coming of Christ to Earth, first for His people and then to reign as King of kings and Lord of lords. (Jn. 14:3 ; I Thess. 4:17; Rev. 19:11-16)
